Beaumont man sued for running red light, causing collision

Beaumont local Pamela Denise Richardson has filed suit against Terry and Barbara Clemons, also Beaumont residents, alleging Terry ran a red light and struck her vehicle.

The suit was filed March 21 in Jefferson County District Court.

According to the lawsuit, on April 5, 2010, Richardson was traveling east on Calder and passing through the Magnolia Avenue intersection when Terry ran a red light and struck her vehicle.

The suit further alleges Terry negligently failed to keep a proper lookout.

Barbara is faulted with negligent entrustment.

The plaintiff is suing for her alleged past and future medical expenses, mental anguish, pain, impairment, disfigurement and lost wages, plus all court costs.

Beaumont attorney Ryan White represents her.

Judge Bob Wortham, 58th District Court, is assigned to the case.
