CACH sues Orange local to recover $11K credit card debt

CACH LLC has filed suit against Orange resident DM. Hunt, claiming the defendant has defaulted on a credit account and now owes more than $11,000.

The suit was filed Feb. 12 in Orange County District Court.

According to the suit, Hunt was advanced dollars on a credit card account.

Court records show that Hunt stopped making payments on his account. On March 5, 2012, the plaintiff sent a letter demanding payment, but despite the demand no payment has been made.

“As of Jan. 23, 2013, there continues to be owed by defendant to the plaintiff an unpaid balance of $11,745,92,” the suit states. “Interest continues to accrue to the account.”

The plaintiff seeks to recover the balance of the account, interest and court costs.

Carrollton attorney Michael Scott represents it.

Judge Buddie Hahn, 260th District Court, is assigned to the case.

Case No. D130042-c
