A Houston woman is suing another driver, alleging a collision caused injuries.
Hilda Ochoe filed a lawsuit Jan. 24 in the Galveston District Court against John Clinton Rosenblad, alleging negligence.
The lawsuit claims Ochoe was stopped in traffic in the 5800 block of Interstate 45 on June 25, 2012, when Rosenblad struck her vehicle.
Ochoe alleges Rosenblad was speeding, didn’t allow for enough distance and didn’t brake quickly, the complaint states. She claims she sustained injuries as well as vehicle damages in the collision.
Ochoe is seeking damages in excess of $100,000.
She is being represented by attorneys Thomas Bickham Jr. and Kraig Rushing of Bickham Law in Houston.
