A couple is suing the driver they allege caused a collision when leaving a parking lot.
Lisa Muller and Clayton Muller filed a lawsuit Jan. 27 in the Jefferson County District Court against Rosie Deshotel, citing negligence.
According to the complaint, on Sept. 24, the Mullers were driving west in the 3500 block of FM 1960.
The complaint says Deshotel was driving south in a parking lot and entered FM 1960 causing a collision with the Mullers.
As a result of the collision, the Mullers were injured, according to the complaint.
The Mullers are seeking damages in excess of the jurisdictional limit.
They are being represented in the case by attorney Eric D. Nielsen of Nielsen & Mukerji LLP.
