HOUSTON - A lawsuit seeking up to $1 million is alleging a raised rolling chair at Knapp Chevrolet slipped out from under a man, causing him injury.
Claiming he was not warned of the danger, David Massie filed suit against 815 Houston Avenue, LLC on May 6 in Harris County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, on March 30, 2023, Massie entered the Knapp Chevrolet dealership in Houston. He slipped and fell when the defendant’s raised rolling chair slid out from under him, causing him to suffer physical injuries.
