Hauck Rental Services LLC is suing Advanced Aerials and Matt Bucknell over equipment Hauck Rental allegedly paid more than $150,000 for but never received.
Hauck Rental filed suit Feb. 10 in the Jefferson County District Court.
According to its complaint, Hauck Rental sought to buy three skyjacks from Advanced Aerials in August 2013. Hauck Rental claims it paid Advanced Aerials $192,817.59 in cash, but Advanced Aerials did not deliver the skyjacks.
Hauck Rental claims when it realized it wouldn't get the skyjacks within the agreed upon time, it demanded Advanced Aerials refund its money.
According to the complaint, Hauck Rental claims Advanced Aerials has acknowledged owing the money, but has failed to refund it.
Hauck is seeking $192,817.59 in damages and is being represented by attorney Lance Fox of Creighton, Fox, Johnson and Mills PLLC in Beaumont.
