Two people are suing a driver and the company that employed him claiming a vehicle accident left them with injuries.
Gwendolyn Scott and Quailyn L. Scott filed a lawsuit March 13 in the Jefferson County District Court against Mehnaaz Aleem and Starco Impex Inc., citing negligence.
The lawsuit states the two plaintiffs were in a 2002 Mercedes Benz M-Class on Jan. 4 traveling in the 2600 block of South Kirkwood in Houston when Aleem, driving a 2013 Chevrolet vehicle owned by Starco, struck the rear driver side of the Mercedes, causing serious and disabling injuries.
Gwendolyn Scott and Quailyn L. Scott are suing for damages of between $200,000 and $1 million.
They are being represented by Jeffrey M. Stern of the Stern Law Group.
