Charter aircraft operator sues to recover nearly $30K

Contract 07

HOUSTON – A private charter aircraft operator claims it is owed a debt of nearly $30,000.

Wing Aviation Charter Services, LLC filed a lawsuit against Robert Scott Bauer and Braxton Energy, LLC on Mar. 7 in the Harris County 157th District Court, asserting the defendants have four unpaid invoices generated between August 2016 and January 2017 totaling $26,260.17 for air transportation services.

According to the suit, Bauer failed to respond to the plaintiff regarding the breach of contract.

“The defendants knew or should have known that Wing Aviation expected compensation when it accepted the services,” the original petition says.

A jury trial is requested.

Gary Linn Coats and George Andrew Coats of the law firm Coats & Evans, P.C. in The Woodlands are representing the complainant.
