HOUSTON – A customer at a Deer Park fast food restaurant alleges a substance in the restaurant's parking lot caused her to fall.

Donna Radin filed a complaint on July 3 in the Harris County District Court against The Kades Corp. alleging premises liability and negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 22, she was injured at defendant's McDonald's restaurant in Deer Park when she slipped in a substance and landed forcefully on the pavement in the parking lot. She alleges she sustained severe injuries, pain, mental anguish, lost wages, loss of earnings, medical expenses and physical impairment as a result of the fall.

The plaintiff holds The Kades Corp. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to inspect the property for any dangerous conditions and failed to warn guests of dangerous conditions.

The plaintiff seeks monetary relief of more than $200,000 but less than $1 million and such other and further relief to which she may show herself justly entitled. She is represented by Jeffrey N. Todd of The Todd Law Group PLLC in Houston.
