HOUSTON – A woman alleges she fell at a Houston store because of liquid on the walkway.

Lisa Leone filed a complaint on July 23 in the Harris County District Court against G6 Hospitality LLC alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 19 she was walking along the sidewalk at G6 store located at 2900 W. Sam Parkway when she slipped and fell because of condensation or liquid on the walkway, causing her to land forcefully to the ground. She alleges she sustained severe and extensive injuries resulting in pain and suffering, mental anguish, lost wages and physical impairment as a result of the fall.

The plaintiff holds G6 Hospitality LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to make the dangerous condition safe and failed to warn of it.

The plaintiff seeks monetary relief of more than $200,000 but less than $1 million and such other and further relief to which she may show herself justly entitled. She is represented by Jeffrey N. Todd of The Todd Law Group PLLC in Houston.
