HOUSTON – A Texas man is suing his former employer to recover back commissions, according to recent Harris County District Court records.

In court papers filed on Aug. 29 in the Harris County 133rd District Court, Nathan Eror claims that software company MartianCraft, LLC owes him $44,642.10 in unpaid wages.

The lawsuit explains that Eror resigned from the defendant on Sept. 23, 2016 and the parties agreed that the plaintiff would receive $75,042.10 in a monthly payout.

Eror says the respondent paid him until March 2017 and refuses to remit the subject amount to this day.

Kenneth M. Krock of the law firm Rapp & Krock, PC in Houston serves as the complainant’s lead counsel.
