HOUSTON – A Huffman resident alleges the negligence of a construction company's employee caused a collision in Harris County.
Rachad Choukair filed a complaint on Oct. 9 in the Harris County District Court against Samo Construction alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, on Feb. 26, the plaintiff was injured in a motor vehicle collision in Harris County as a result of defendant's employee's negligence. The suit states the plaintiff sustained serious bodily injuries resulting in medical expenses, pain and suffering, loss of earnings and mental anguish.
The plaintiff holds Samo Construction responsible because defendant's employee allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout, failed to yield and failed to avoid the collision.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks monetary relief of more than $200,000 but less than $1 million and such other and further relief to which he may be justly entitled. He is represented by Abraham Garcia and Carlos Saldana of KGS Law Group in Houston.
