HOUSTON – A Harris County man alleges he was injured at a Houston restaurant when an object struck his head.

Erick Perez filed a complaint on Oct. 16 in the Harris County District Court against Vintage Park VIP Lounge One LLC alleging negligence and premises liability.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 29, 2017, he was at defendant's restaurant/lounge at 110 Vintage Park Blvd., Houston. While standing at the bar under the stairway, he alleges a blunt object suddenly struck him in the head and injured him.

The plaintiff holds Vintage Park VIP Lounge One LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to maintain the premises and failed to inform him of the dangerous condition.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks monetary relief of more than $100,000 but less than $200,000, costs, expenses, interest and attorney's fees and all other relief if necessary. He is represented by Brian C. Merka and John Arthur Daspit of Daspit Law Firm in Houston.
