HOUSTON – A resident of Mexico alleges his former Houston employer has failed to pay retirement funds he is owed.

Refugio Rodriguez filed a complaint on Oct. 29 in the Harris County District Court against Igloo Products Corp. alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff is a former employee of the defendant and participated in and contributed to two separate retirement accounts that were administered by defendant. He alleges he contacted the defendant about the accounts but did not receive a response.

The plaintiff holds Igloo Products Corp. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed and refused to pay the plaintiff the retirement funds owed.

The plaintiff seeks all damages, with interest, disgorgement of all fees, litigation expenses and such other and further relief to which he is entitled. He is represented by William D. Hancock of Hancock Law Firm in Houston.
