HOUSTON – Claiming that it has never received a mobile it purchased for a “man camp” in West Texas, AWT Logistics, LLC has pursued legal action.
A lawsuit filed on Dec. 21 in the Harris County 215th District Court explains that AWT had the defendant Brian Snyder transport the $15,500 mobile home from Houston to Midland.
Instead of transporting the mobile home to the man camp in Midland, the suit says, Snyder took it to an undisclosed location and refuses to turn it over to the plaintiff.
Consequently, AWT Logistics seeks unspecified monetary damages.
