HOUSTON – Claiming that he was injured in an on the job accident with an all-terrain vehicle, Texas resident Christopher Garcia has brought a state district lawsuit against his employer.

Garcia initiated legal action against Centerline Underground Services, LLC on Feb. 26 in the Harris County 152nd District Court following the subject event in Canyon Lake in the Hill Country.

The plaintiff explains that the defendant instructed him to use the ATV while installing primary power lines at a customer’s residence. According to court filings, Garcia did not receive any training, warnings, or instructions.

He further recalls the ATV unexpectedly spinning and throwing him off.

Consequently, the complainant seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.

He is represented by the law firm Tilton & Tilton LLP in Houston.
