HOUSTON – Claiming that he was injured while using a grinder tool at a construction site in Richmond, Harris County resident Misraym Garcia has pursued legal action.
Misraym Garcia blames the mishap in question on Premark Construction, LLC, the owner of the site, in a lawsuit filed on Apr. 2 in the Harris County 127th District Court.
According to Garcia, one of Premark’s employees directed him to use the tool to cut a piece of wood. The plaintiff’s arm was cut during the task, the original petition says.
Garcia seeks unspecified monetary damages and a jury trial.
He is represented by the law firm Johnson Garcia LLP in Houston.
