Former Dixie Chemical VP claims she has not been paid her full $200, 000 contractual severance

HOUSTON — A former Dixie Chemical vice president is alleging the company failed to pay her full $200,000 severance per a contract. 

Kelli Gregory filed a complaint Dec. 23 in the Harris County District Court against Dixie Chemical Company Inc.,alleging breach of contract. 

Gregory began working for Dixie Chemical in August of 2014 and eventually served as vice president of procurement and business support. She alleges that on May 8, 2019 she was terminated "without good cause" and per a written contract, was due $200,000 in severance pay. She claims she has only been paid $23,000 of the severance.

Gregory seeks monetary relief of between $200,000 and $1 million, interest and all other just relief. She is represented by Nitin Sud of Sud Law PC in Bellaire, Texas.
