HOUSTON — A woman who slipped and fell while attending a Justin Timberlake concert is suing the operators of the Toyota Center in Houston.

Margaret Rinkel filed a complaint Jan. 10 in the Harris County District Court against Clutch City Sports & Entertainment LP alleging negligence.

Rinkel attended a Justin Timberlake concert at the Toyota Center in Houston on May 25, 2018. She alleges that she slipped and fell on a "slippery substance" when walking back to her seat. Rinkel claims the defendant should have known about the dangerous condition and corrected or warned of the condition.

Rinkel seeks monetary relief between $100,000 and $200,000, trial by jury, interest and all other just relief. She is represented by Brian Stansell of Smith & Hassler in Houston.
