HOUSTON — Authors and leadership coaches Mark and Justina Evans have filed suit against a photography and video venue claiming they were illegally recorded, photographed during their training videos session.

Mark "Jeff" Evans and Justina Evans filed a complaint Jan. 20 in the Harris County Circuit Court against Lectro Group LLC operating as Cloudbreak Creative alleging invasion of privacy.

According to their complaint, Jeff Evans is a figure and author of several books in the area of "leadership and transformation" and Justina Evans is a model, actor and author. Through their company, Envision Global Leadership (EGL), the couple provide leadership coaching and assessments to clients. They allege that in early 2018 while using Cloudbreak's facilities to record several hours of their training material video, Cloudbreak illegally "captured" their content and photos to use as marketing on Cloudbreak's website without their consent.

The plaintiffs seek monetary relief between $100,000 and $200,000, interest and all other just relief. They are represented by Padon Holt of West, Webb, Allbritton & Gentry PC in College Station.
