BEAUMONT – Bo-Mac Contractors was recently hit an automobile collision lawsuit seeking more than $1 million in damages.
Through The Ferguson Law Firm, Jacob Henley filed suit against Larry Eaves and Bo-Mac on Jan. 29 in Jefferson County District Court
According to the lawsuit, on or about July 16 Henley was traveling in Hardin County when suddenly and without warning Eaves, who was driving a vehicle owned by Bo-Mac, disregarded a red light and smashed into his vehicle.
“As a result of Defendants’ negligence, Plaintiff was seriously and permanently injured,” the suit states. “At the time of the crash, Defendant LARRY PHILLIP EAVES was acting in the course and scope of his employment with Defendant BO-MAC CONTRACTORS.”
Henley is suing for his past and future pain, suffering, mental anguish, impairment and disfigurement.
