HOUSTON — A woman is claiming a Houston plastic surgeon incorrectly measured her for her breast implant incision.

Shelby Aelvoet filed a complaint Jan 29 in the Harris County District Court against Michael Eisemann, MD doing business as Eisemann Plastic Surgery Center and Michael L. Eisemann Cosmetic Day Surgery Center alleging negligence.

Aelvoet went to Eisemann Plastic Surgery Center on March 12, 2018 seeking breast augmentation.
