HOUSTON — A woman is claiming a Houston plastic surgeon incorrectly measured her for her breast implant incision.

Shelby Aelvoet filed a complaint Jan 29 in the Harris County District Court against Michael Eisemann, MD doing business as Eisemann Plastic Surgery Center and Michael L. Eisemann Cosmetic Day Surgery Center alleging negligence.

Aelvoet went to Eisemann Plastic Surgery Center on March 12, 2018 seeking breast augmentation. She alleges that during the surgical planning and procedure, Eisemann "failed to customize her incision location" to her "unique muscle anatomy." Aelovoet claims she suffered permanent injuries including a "double bubble" on her right breast.

Aelvoet seeks monetary relief of more than $1 million, trial by jury, interest and all other just relief. She is represented by Michael Pierce and Eduardo Garza of Pierce Skrabanek PLLC in Houston.
