BEAUMONT - FedEx Ground Package System was recently hit with a lawsuit seeking more than $1 million in damages.
Preston Lamb, individually and on behalf of his minor son, filed the suit Jan. 31 in Jefferson County District Court, also naming Ean Holdings and Tempestte Mack as defendants.
According to the lawsuit, on Oct. 18 Lamb and his son were traveling in Hardin when a FedEx vehicle being driven by Mack failed to yield the right-of-way and crashed into them.
The plaintiffs suffered life-altering personal injuries because of the collision.
They are represented by Cody Dishon of The Ferguson Law Firm.
Judge Justin Sanderson, 60th District Court, has been assigned to the case.
