Man who claims he was assaulted at party sues his alleged attacker for more than $200,000

HOUSTON — A man who claims he was assaulted while at a party in Spring, Texas is suing his alleged attacker.

Manny Rodriguez filed a complaint h Jan. 30 in the Harris County District Court against Ashton Walker alleging assault. 

Rodriguez was attending a party at the home of Walker's parents in Spring on June 30, 2018.  He alleges that "suddenly and without warning" Walker "brutally" assaulted him. Rodriguez claims he suffered serious injuries that resulted in medical expenses, lost wages, impairment and disability. 

Rodriguez seeks monetary relief in excess between $200,000 and $1 million, trial by jury, interest and all other just relief. He is represented by Loren Klitsas of Klitsas & Vercher PC in Houston.
