HOUSTON — A woman is claiming liability against the Wildcat Golf Club in Houston after she fell on an uneven walkway and suffered injuries.

Joanne Bonnett filed a complaint Jan. 28 in the Harris County District Court against Wildcat Golf Club Pl and SL Golf GP LLC alleging liability.

Bonnett was at the Wildcat Golf Club in Houston to eat lunch with co-workers. She alleges that while entering the club she fell on the curb that was not marked and on an "unleveled walk way." Bonnett claims she suffered "significant injuries." She claims the club failed to properly inspect and maintain the flooring area that was an unsafe condition.

Bonnett seeks monetary relief between $200,000 and $1 million, interest, trial by jury and all other just relief. She is represented by Allette Williams of The Law Offices of Allette B. Williams in Bellaire, Texas.
