SHERMAN — A woman filing a pro se complaint against Ideal Image is claiming the spa chain failed to pay her overtime wages.
Jenna Starr filed a pro se complaint Jan. 29 in the Sherman Division of the Eastern District of Texas against Ideal Image of Texas LLC, Rhonda Raz, Summer Takkouch and Rachel Feldman alleging violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
According to her complaint, Starr began working for Ideal Image in July of 2015 and handled many of the day-to-day functions of the company's operations. She alleges she regularly worked 45 to 50 hours each week and was not paid for overtime.
Starr seeks monetary relief, interest, trial by jury and all other proper relief.
