RICHMOND — A woman is suing Fiesta Mart after being injured while shopping at its Richmond store.
Magdalena Juarez filed a complaint Jan. 13 in the Fort Bend County District Court against Fiesta Mart LLC alleging negligence.
Juarez alleges in her complaint that she was injured on April 4, 2018 while shopping at a Fiesta Mart in Richmond. She alleges her injuries were the result of Fiesta Mart failing to inspect and keep their premises safe. Juarez claims she has suffered pain, medical expenses, loss of earning income and other claims as a result of her injuries.
Juarez seeks monetary relief aggregating $125,000 or less, interest and all other just relief. She is represented by Attorney Ken Bryant.
