Titan Gunite claims Houston contractor owes them more than $4,000

HOUSTON — Titan Gunite is claiming it is owed nearly $4,000 for subcontracting services it provided to a Houston contractor. 

Titan Gunite of Houston LLC filed a complaint Feb. 4 in the Harris County District Court against Esbin Aguilar Mason Contractor LLC and Esbin Aguilar alleging breach of contract, fraudulent inducement and fraud. 

Titan contracted with the defendants in November 2017 to provide labor and materials for the defendant's project on Hammerly Boulevard in Houston. Titan claims that the total value of the labor and materials is $15,255 and that it is still owed $3,900 per its contract with the defendants. They allege that despite numerous attempts to collect the payment, the defendants refuse to pay.

Titan seeks montetary relief of more than $100,000, interest and all other just relief. They are represented by Karalynn Cromeens and Jonelle Oldacare of The Cromeens Law Firm PLLC in Houston.
