HOUSTON – A woman visiting her sick father at Memorial Hermann is claiming she slipped on a wet substance and suffered injuries.
Shirley Williams filed a complaint Feb. 10 in the Harris County District Court against Memorial Hermann Health System alleging negligence.
Williams was visiting her sick father at Memorial Hermann on May 7, 2018. She alleges that while trying to leave the hospital, she slipped on a wet substance near the elevator and suffered injuries. Williams claims the hospital failed to correct or warn visitors of the dangerous condition.
Williams seeks monetary relief, interest and all other just relief. She is represented by Attorney Kraig Rushing in Houston.
