HOUSTON-- A man who slipped at a Houston tanker cleaning company's property and suffered injuries is claiming the company's negligence.
Adan Salinas filed a complaint Feb. 19 in the Harris County District Court against Qualawash Holdings LLC, doing business as Qualawash Tanker Cleaning, and MTZ Transportation Services LLC alleging negligence.
Salinas was working for MTZ while at Qualawash's property in Houston on Oct. 15, 2019. He alleges that while exiting his vehicle, he fell on a slippery surface and suffered serious injuries, causing him to require medical treatment and expenses. He alleges MTZ does not provide workers' compensation benefits.
Salinas seeks monetary relief, interest, a trial by jury and all other just relief. He is represented by Vuk Vujasinovic and Job Tennant of VB Attorneys in Houston.
