HOUSTON — A Baytown woman is alleging she is owed $80,000 by the owner of a Houston business per a loan agreement.

Blanca Herrera filed a complaint Feb. 22 in the Harris County District Court against Delia Sanchez and Five Star Home Solutions alleging fraud and deceptive trade practices.

Herrera alleges in her complaint that on Nov. 27, 2018 she loaned Sanchez $60,000 as an investment in Sanchez's business, Five Star Home Solutions. Herrera claims Sanchez agreed to pay $80,000 back to Herrera within three months after Sanchez sold a home for a "substantial profit." Herrera alleges after Sanchez failed to repay the money, Sanchez offered an arrangement to make her the owner of the home which Herrera declined.

Herrera seeks monetary relief of $80,000, interest and all other just relief. She is represented by Attorney Anis Damani in Houston.
