DALLAS — A Dallas adult entertainment club is facing a class-action lawsuit by former dancers claiming they were not paid wages for working 10- to 17-hour shifts.

Julia Predmore, individually and on behalf of similarly situated individuals, filed a complaint Feb. 28 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas Dallas Division against Nick's Management Inc., Nick's Clubs Inc., frequently known as Adventure Plus Enterprises Inc., doing business as PT's Men's Club and Nick Mehmeti, alleging violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Predmore and other dancers worked for PT's Men's Club in Dallas. Predmore alleges that she and the other 75 to 80 dancers were required to work four eight-hour shifts each week that included working 10-hour days six days a week with some dancers working 17 hours. She claims the dancers did not receive any wages and were only paid through tips they collected from customers. Predmore also alleges PT's collected several fees from the dancers including a "house fee" for every shift worked.

The plaintiffs seek monetary and all other just relief. She is represented by Drew Herrmann of Herrmann Law, PLLC, in Fort Worth and Harold Lichten, Matthew Thompson and Olena Savytska of Lichten & Liss-Riordan, PC, in Boston.
