HOUSTON — A man who was injured in a vehicle crash in Houston is alleging the negligence of the at-fault driver.

Thomas Jones filed a complaint March 2 in the Harris County District Court against Benacier Martinez-Duran alleging negligence.

Jones was driving in Houston on Aug. 30, 2018, and alleges his car was "violently struck" by the defendant.
