RICHMOND — A Missouri City chid care facility is facing a liability suit alleging a child was injured while playing unsupervised.

Stephanie Calderon, as next friend of A.C., a minor, filed a complaint March 17 in the Fort Bend County District Court against The Little School of Elohim alleging premises liability.

A.C., was playing at the Little School of Elohim in Missouri City on July 19, 2018. The plaintiff alleges that A.C., and other children were playing unsupervised when A.C., fell and suffered severe injuries. Calderon claims that the school failed to have enough caretakers to supervise the children.

Calderon seeks monetary relief between $200,000 and $1 million, interest and all other just relief. She is represented by Adam Ramji and Frank Sedita of The Ramji Law Group in Houston.
