HOUSTON — A Houston lighting company is facing a negligence claim after a worker fell off a ladder while working at the company's warehouse.
Juliano Davis filed a complaint April 2 in the Harris County District Court against Northwood Lighting Corporation alleging negligence.
Davis was working for Northwood Lighting on Feb 29, 2020. He alleges that while working at the company's warehouse in Harris County he fell from a ladder and suffered serious injuries. Among Davis' claims are that Northwood failed to provide him with proper and safe equipment.
Davis seeks monetary relief between $200,000 and $1 million, trial by jury, interest and all other just relief. He is represented by J. Moises Cedillos of The Cedillos Law Firm PLLC in Houston.
