Woman alleges she suffered injuries at Bellaire H-E-B

HOUSTON — H-E-B grocery is facing a liability claim after a woman alleged she suffered injuries at their store in Bellaire. 

Sally Brashear filed a complaint April 1in the Harris County District Court against H-E-B LP alleging premises liability.

Brashear was shopping at H-E-B in Bellaire on June 26, 2018. She alleges she suffered serious injuries due to a "dangerous condition" on the premises. Brashear claims her injuries were the result of H-E-B failing to properly maintain their premises and inspect for hazardous conditions. 

Brashear seeks monetary relief between $100,000 and $200,000, trial by jury, interest and all other just relief. She is represented by Sofia Bruera of The Bruera Law Firm PLLC in Houston.
