Woman sues Walmart for ‘buttock’ injury after slipping on broken eggs

HOUSTON – Walmart was recently hit with a slip and fall lawsuit alleging a woman slipped on some broken eggs and injured her “right buttocks.”

Stacy Fletcher filed suit against Wal-Mart Stores Texas on July 29 in Harris County District Court.

According to the lawsuit, on May 21 Fletcher was shopping at a Walmart and “in the vicinity of the dairy products when she slipped and fell in a puddle of broken eggs on the floor,” injuring her “right leg” and “right buttocks.”

She is accusing the mega retailer of negligently failing to warn her of the dangerous condidtion.

Fletcher is suing for her mental anguish, medical expenses and impairment.
