HOUSTON – A recently filed lawsuit brought on behalf of a Texas woman is alleging a tractor-trailer slammed into her vehicle.

Seeking more than $2 million, Diana Jimenez-Wilson filed suit against Enderli Trucking, RLC Trucking, Yellow Space and Keith McGee in Harris County District Court.

According to the lawsuit, on Feb. 12 Jimenez-Wilson was driving on IH-610, when she slowed down due to traffic conditions ahead. Defendant McGee was operating a tractor-trailer owned by defendants Yellow Space, Enderli and RLC.

The suit states McGee entirely failed to control the tractor-trailer, slamming into Plaintiff’s vehicle and causing significant damage. McGee was cited for a failure to control speed.

Jimenez-Wilson suffered severe injuries and was transported to the hospital after the collision.

She is alleging gross negligence.

Attorneys Andrew Dao of Daly & Black and Ash Tadghighi of Tadghighi Law Group represent her.
