Staying Balanced in the Pivot: Legal Challenges of the Carbon Transition

Blank Rome partners Susan L. Bickley, Keith B. Letourneau, Frederick M. Lowther, and Brett A. Snyder will serve as speakers at the University of Houston Law Center’s 6th Annual North American Environment, Energy & Natural Resources Conference, co-sponsored with Blank Rome LLP, University of Calgary Law School, and the Center for Global Law and Policy for the Americas, on April 28, 2022.

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

As the world moves to decarbonize, the North American energy sector faces major structural changes. Throughout this transition to sustainability, energy production and usage must also remain stable.
