PASEDENA – A customer of Le Nails is suing the business claiming that an employee injured her eye while she was getting false eyelashes.

Plaintiff Gina Flores filed a lawsuit in the Harris County District Court against John Alaniz d/b/a Le Nails, citing negligence.

According to the lawsuit, on Nov. 2, 2021, Flores was a patron of Le Nails to get false eyelashes. The plaintiff alleges that during the process, a worker dropped the eyelashes and glue into her eye, causing her injury.

Flores claims that as a result of the incident, she suffered pain, irritation and vision problems, requiring her to seek medical attention. She further claims that the injuries to her eye will impact her ability to earn income in the future.

The plaintiff is seeking damages not to exceed $250,000.00, plus court costs, interest, and any other relief the court deems proper. He is represented in this case by attorney Kristen Nelson of Kirk Law Firm, PLLC in Houston.
