Nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. is pleased to announce Wilson Stoker has joined the firm’s Austin office as a principal. Wilson has more than 15 years of experience representing national employers in labor and employment law matters.
“Wilson brings a wealth of experience and deep familiarity with the complexities of labor and employment relations, making him a valuable addition to the Litigation group,” said Co-Leaders of the firm’s Litigation group Stephanie L. Adler-Paindiris and Stephanie E. Satterfield, in a joint statement. “We are thrilled to have him on the team.”
Wilson is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has broad experience representing employers in a wide range of employment lawsuits in state and federal courts and administrative agencies throughout the country. Wilson has defended businesses in litigation involving FMLA, ADA, FLSA, wage and hour, Title VII harassment, discrimination, and retaliation, as well as state law claims. He has worked with numerous employers to successfully defend DOL, EEOC and TWC complaints and investigations. Additionally, Wilson has experience assisting government contractors with all aspects of OFCCP affirmative action compliance including developing and maintaining affirmative action plans.
Wilson frequently represents clients in the technology, entertainment, media, retail, restaurant, staffing, construction and hospitality industries, among others, on hiring, promotion, discipline and termination decisions. He negotiates executive employment agreements, as well as drafts and reviews employee policies for compliance with state and federal law.

Wilson earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and his B.S. from Ithaca College.
