GALVESTON — A home security and home entertainment installer claims a builder and others have failed to pay them for four different projects.

Homepro Operating LLC filed a complaint May 22 in Galveston County District Court against Wahea Homes Inc., and Anoka Wahea Holdings LLC alleging breach of contract.

Homepro alleges in their complaint that they were hired by Wahea to provide labor and materials for home security and entertainment systems at four construction projects in Texas City owned by Anoka. Homepro alleges that the defendants have failed and refused to pay for the work as contractually agreed.

They also allege the defendants have benefited from their services but that they have not been compensated for their work, despite making demands for payment. Homepro claims that they have valid and existing liens on the projects and that they have suffered damages due to the defendants nonpayment.

Homepro seeks monetary relief, interest trial by jury and all other just relief. They are represented by Elizabeth Lamberson of The Lamberson Law Firm PC in Dallas and Michael Coles of The Coles Firm in Dallas.
