GALVESTON — Molson Coors claims a former HR employee owes the company more than $45,000 for breaching an employment contract.

According to their complaint, Molson Coors entered into an agreement with Deal in July of 2021, which included a job offer for the position of Director HR Business Partner. The contract, according to Molson Coors complaint, included a "reimbursement" clause in which Deal agreed to re pay the company for any expenses, including a sign-on bonus, if the employment was terminated for any reason.
