HOUSTON - A man making a produce delivery at Mambo Seafood is claiming he slipped and fell on a slippery floor.
Lawrence Gordon filed suit against Mambo Management on Jan. 3 in Harris County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, on July 17 Gordon was delivering produce to Mambo using a dolly when he “slipped on the floor due to it being slippery and not properly maintained.”
Gordon is suing for his past and future pain, medical expenses, disfigurement, loss of earnings, inconvenience, mental anguish and loss of consortium.
