HOUSTON - A slip and fall lawsuit seeking up to $10 million in damages has been brought against Tostada Regia Pasadena.
Alleging premises liability, Josefina Cahuao filed the suit Feb. 23 in Harris County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, on Aug. 2, 2022, the plaintiff was a patron at Tostada Regia and slipped and fell on a wet slippery substance. There were no warning signs in the area.
