HOUSTON - A slip and fall lawsuit seeking up to $1 million in damages has been brought against Kroger Texas.
Alleging negligence, Frank Albert Garcia filed the suit on March 9 in Harris County District Court.
According to the lawsuit, on Dec. 4, 2022, Garcia was walking inside a Kroger when he slipped on a clear substance on the floor, causing him to fall and suffer injuries.
Garcia is seeking exemplary damages.
