On April 5, 2024, Catherine H. Cath filed a lawsuit against Westhollow Villa Townhomes Association, Inc. in the Harris County Court (Court ID: 151) under case number 2024-21903. The plaintiff alleges that due to the defendant's negligence, she suffered substantial injuries resulting in significant medical expenses and mental anguish.

The plaintiff, represented by Taiasha Bradford, is a resident of Westhollow Villas, a homeowner community managed by the defendant. On June 4, she tripped on an uneven driveway while walking her dog around dusk. This incident led to her hospitalization from June 4 to June 12 and subsequent transfer to a rehabilitation facility.

Catherine H. Cath is seeking over $1 million in damages for her medical expenses, both past and future, physical pain and suffering, and mental anguish caused by the incident. She alleges that the defendant failed to maintain the driveway safely and did not provide adequate warning about its dangerous condition.
