Constance Fuller sues Berg Hospitality Group for negligence leading to severe bodily injuries

In the District Court of Harris County, Texas, Constance Fuller has filed a lawsuit against Berg Hospitality Group, doing business as The Annie Cafe and Bar. The case was filed on April 5, 2024, under Cause No. 2024-21 730 / Court: 334.

The plaintiff, Constance Fuller, alleges that she suffered severe bodily injuries due to poor visibility and structural defects at the defendant's premises. The incident occurred on April 11 when Fuller fell down the stairs at the restaurant after a work event. The damages include a fractured ankle, dislocated foot, back injury, and overall bodily pain.

Fuller is seeking monetary relief aggregating $1,000,000 or more excluding interest, statutory or punitive damages and penalties, attorney's fees and costs. She claims that Berg Hospitality Group failed to maintain proper safety standards and precautions at their establishment which led to her accident.
