Luis Manuel Ignacio Zaragoza has filed a lawsuit against MV Transportation, Inc., also known as METROLift, Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County, also known as Metro, and First Group America, Inc. The case was filed in the District Court of Harris County, Texas with the court case ID 2024-21 011 on April 3rd, 2024.
The plaintiff resides in Harris County and is represented by Patricia Jones. The defendants are all registered corporations or government entities operating within Texas. The plaintiff alleges that on July 11th, 2022, he was a passenger aboard a METROLift bus when an incident occurred leading to this suit.
Zaragoza seeks monetary relief over $250,000 but no more than $1,000,000 for damages sustained due to alleged negligence on part of the defendants.
