These damages include physical pain and mental anguish in the past and future; reasonable and necessary costs of medical care and treatment in the past and future; physical impairment in the past and future; lost wages in the past and loss of earning capacity in the future; disfigurement in the past and future; prejudgment or post-judgment interest; and all other reasonable items of damage necessarily incurred as a result of defendants conduct.
Rios is seeking monetary relief over $250,000 but not more than $1,000,000. She also demands trial by jury in this cause and seeks judgment for all other relief to which she may be justly entitled.
